Every new dog completes our Boarding Comfort Program before their first overnight. A short series of structured visits where your dog gets to know our space, our team, and our routine before they're ever here without you.
By the time they check in for their stay, it already feels familiar. They settle faster, sleep better, and enjoy every minute of it more. That's exactly the point.

Will my dog be left in the dark all night?
Absolutely not! All pups will have a nightlight & calming music to keep them comforted all night.
How will I know how my pup is doing?
You will receive regular updates every day so you know exactly how your pup is doing!
Will my pup sit in a suite all day?
No way! A full day of daycare is included in the nightly rate, with plenty of play time with friends!
Can my pup keep their feeding schedule?
Of course! We feed according to their normal schedule. Dogs like routine, so we keep it for them.
Do you charge extra for snuggles?
Um, no! Tons of snuggles, butt scratches, kisses & fetch, all included, every day.
What do I need to bring?
A leash & collar, any meds & food for their stay (plus an extra day or two). We supply beds, blankets, toys & bowls.
What if my dog doesn't like other dogs?
No problem! We are one of the few on the South Shore who are equipped to make a single dog's vacation just as special! We have a boarding tier that is perfect for our solo dogs, so reach out for details!
What happens when I am added to the Waitlist?
We review the waitlist several times a day, so if we are able to find a way to accommodate your request, we will reach out ASAP.
